Microfluidic TransFlow Chip

The TransFlow Chip consists of two independent flow channels separated by a porous membrane (range of pore sizes available). This product integrates flow systems with traditional transwell inserts, producing a versatile product with a wide range of applications.

The TransFlow Chip allows creation of 2D or 3D environments, and as with all our microfluidic chips, allows for vast reductions of media and supplement required for experiments, and also has an optical grade glass bottom to allow real time microscopy imaging.

Example applications include:

  1. Chemotactic migration assays

  2. Contactless co-culture of cells in a flow microenvironment

  3. Drug transport/penetration assays

  4. Transmigration assays

  5. Invasion Assays
