A range of autoclaves diverse enough to provide a solution for any size of laboratory. Solid, robust and reliable, these autoclaves are designed for practical purposes: safety, efficiency and ease of use. With capacities from 40 to 770 litres, this range provides you with a huge choice of models so you can select the most appropriate autoclave for the throughput of your laboratory. With benchtop, under-bench, freestanding, top loading and front loading models, there is an autoclave ideal for the space you have available. To help you in your selection of the most appropriate autoclave, a series of data sheets are available to download (see below) as well as a Selection Grid. Rodwell autoclaves are microprocessor controlled with a smartcard access system. This allows you to store 25 different programmes and restrict access to only those that need it. A range of options and accessories are available to ensure you can tailor your autoclave to the specific needs of your laboratory. Don Whitley Scientific also offers comprehensive service and maintenance cover on these autoclaves to ensure the efficiency and prolong the life of this important piece of laboratory.
These benchtop or trolley mounted autoclaves are single phase models. In 40 or 60 litre capacity, both models have an integral drip tray under the door and a fold down control panel. This space-saving design comes with a range of optional accessories inclduing high speed fan accelerated cooling, air removal HEPA filter and waste discard system.
Designed for the space-starved laboratory, these autoclaves fit neatly under a bench and come in 50 or 75 litre capacity. Optional accessories include high speed fan accelerated cooling system and condensate collector that eliminates the requirement for a drain.
Freestanding and front loading, Ambassador autoclaves are available in 200, 250 and 300 litres and have an efficient fan assisted cooling system. The 300 litre model is available as a double door variant. A range of optional accessories are availalbe to help tailor this autoclave specifically for your laboratory.
These freestanding, top loading autoclaves - 100 or 125 litres - have different heating options, including using an external steam source if available. Optional accessories include scale prevention systems and a range of loading hoists.
These larger capacity autoclaves are available in 200, 250 and 300 litres and have an efficient fan assisted cooling system. The 300 litre model is also available as a double door variant. Optional accessories include loading trolley, a range of baskets and trays, and a drain condenser for plastic drains. Gemini Range The Gemini range features two independent, front-loading autoclaves in one robust frame. Two 125 litre vessels provide a total capacity of 250 litres or two 158 litre vessels provide a total capacity of 316 litres. With independent control of each chamber, this is a very versatile autoclave providing the option of having a clean and dirty autoclave in one frame.
Sapphire Range This autoclave is designed for heavy duty work but simplicity of operation. It features a simple hoist operated door, fixed seal and an automatic door clamping mechanism. The Sapphire is available as a 330, 440, 550, 660 or 770 litre capacity with a range of different heating formats.
