Your environment defined
The H35 Hypoxystation has been designed specifically for researchers wanting to strictly maintain normoxic, hypoxic and anoxic conditions and is ideal for those who require the ability to accurately control oxygen as well as carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity. Here are some of the main features:
- Control oxygen in 0.1% increments from 0.1% to 20% and carbon dioxide in 0.1% increments from 0.1% to 15% to provide you with better control and more confidence in your results
- Precise temperature control designed to establish and maintain the conditions you require throughout the chamber
- Control relative humidity up to 80%
- Gas mixing achieved via a fully integrated control system to rapidly create your selected environmental conditions
- Integrated gas control minimises bench space requirements – no bulky external gas mixing system
- Straightforward calibration of gas sensors
With such accurate control and the ability to manipulate cells in situ without altering the incubation environment, cell biology research can be performed over a comprehensive range of oxygen tensions with precision and confidence.
We have thoroughly considered every aspect of system functionality of this cabinet to assist in your work – including environmental control systems, touch screen layout, workspace visibility, design dimensions, fabrication quality and our unique port system. Each unit can be manufactured to suit the needs of your particular area of research.
The Hypoxystation features:
- Physical dimensions: Length 1233mm x Height 710mm x Depth 722mm
- Incubation area: Length 865mm x Height 424mm x Depth 400mm
- Full colour, touch screen interface which allows you to easily monitor all parameters simultaneously and eliminates the need for any other dials, switche s and gauges
- Airlock which provides effective cell ware transfer to and from the chamber's environment in the fastest possible time
- Patented, ergonomic gloveports allowing for gloved or bare hand working.
NEW - Now available with the Whitley Automatic Humidification System
This option is designed to maintain user-selected humidity levels so now you can add moisture AND maintain a sterile environment. If you have been relying on trays of water in your cabinet to provide evaporation, you will know how erratic this can be. Increasing humidity using this method not only takes up time and valuable incubation space but introduces a risk of spillage. The Whitley Automatic Humidification System provides the control you need to set and maintain specific humidity levels and is perfect if you are concerned about contamination. The only user maintenance required is to top up the reservoir occasionally with deionised water when prompted by the automated system. The unit is very easy to control via the H35's touch screen interface.
