Your environment defined
The H85 Hypoxystation was developed due to customer demand for a Hypoxystation with a larger airlock, motorised gloveports and the option of a refrigeration unit. This workstation was also designed specifically for researchers wanting to strictly maintain normoxic, hypoxic and anoxic conditions and is ideal for those who require the ability to accurately control oxygen as well as carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity. Here are some of the main features:
- Control oxygen in 0.1% increments from 0.1% to 20% with closed loop feedback
- Control carbon dioxide in 0.1% increments from 0.1% to 15% (fixed level of approximately 5% when optional feedback system is not specified)
- Straightforward calibration of sensors
- Precise temperature control from 5°C above ambient up to 42°C
- Easy switching between hypoxic and anoxic environments
- 30 litre airlock
- Powered internal airlock door
- Patented, oval, remote controlled motorised gloveports for gloved or bare hand working
- Gloveports that can act as small airlocks for rapid sample transfer
- Touch screen interface for easy monitoring of all parameters simultaneously
With such accurate control and the ability to manipulate cells in situ without altering the incubation environment, cell biology research can be performed over a comprehensive range of oxygen tensions with precision and confidence.
We have thoroughly considered every aspect of system functionality of this cabinet to assist in your work – including environmental control systems, touch screen layout, workspace visibility, design dimensions, fabrication quality and our unique port system. Each unit can be manufactured to suit the needs of your particular area of research.
