For a robust, reliable autoclave, the workhorse of the laboratory, your choice should be a model from our Everyday Range. Designed for routine laboratory use, this range provides both vertical, free-standing options and benchtop models.

 

Fully automatic with 12 programmes to choose from, this range has capacity options from 23 to 200 litres, providing the ideal autoclave whatever your circumstances. There is also an RS232 interface on these models to facilitate external data transfer as well as ‘Autofill’, a de-mineralised water feed for steam generation.

 

Operator safety was a high priority when designing these autoclaves and features such as the innovative safety door lock have been introduced as standard. The door-locking system is temperature dependent, according to international standards, so that the door remains locked as long as there is excess pressure in the chamber.

 

The following options are also available on the Everyday Range:

 

• Rapid cooling
• Air exhaust filtration
• Extension of temperature and pressure to 150°C/5 bar (on the DE65 to DE200 only)
• Printer and PC Software

 

As well as being easy to clean, all our autoclaves have the following standard features:

 

• Sterilisation temperature up to 140°C, steam pressure up to 4 bar
• Automatic door closure with safety-lock system
• Thermal door lock controlled by pressure and medium temperature according to Pressure Vessel Regulations
• Corrosion resistant housing and frame
• Common collector connection for all outlets
• Validation port
• Safety pressure release valve
• Safety cut off at low water level
• Safety cut off at excess temperature
• Base plate for vessels and baskets
