To ensure your Hypoxystation is delivered ready for use for your particular application, several options and accessories are available. Some options are factory-fitted so careful consideration of these is needed prior to placing your order. However, other options can be ordered at a later stage to upgrade your workstation.
 
Factory-Fitted Options
 
CO2 Monitoring
Hardware and software to monitor and control CO2 in 0.1% increments from 0.1% to 15%H35 Hypoxystation with removable front.
 
Removable Front
Enables you to introduce or remove items of equipment or bulk quantities of samples quickly and easily from the workstation. This is also ideal for thorough cleaning or sanitising of the working and incubation areas between experiments.
 
Vacuum Take-off
Provides a method of aspirating used liquid media from inside the workstation in safety and without any risk of spillage or contamination.
 
15cm Letterbox
Allows the rapid entry of individual flasks, pipettes or other small items.
 
Humidification system
Adds moisture in minute droplet form enabling rapid, sustained and accurate humidity control up to 90%.
 
Double Internal socket
Essential if electrical equipment is to be used inside the workstation.
 
Gas Sample Port
Allows you to take a sample of the chamber atmosphere for further analysis or quality control without compromising internal conditions.
 
 
Software Options
 
Data Logging
Allows you to record data from environmental parameters inside the workstation. Parameters that are recorded are as follows: temperature, humidity, oxygen, carbon dioxide and cabinet internal pressure. The data that is collected can then be downloaded via a USB interface to a memory stick and transferred to a PC for further analysis using, for example, MS Excel.
 
Data Logging with Oxygen Profiling
Allows you to pre-programme different oxygen levels and have the system automatically mix the atmosphere to achieve these levels. You can also programme how long the atmosphere remains at this level and then choose to have the unit return to the previous oxygen level, remain static or switch to another gas concentration.
 
 
Upgrades and Accessories
 
Trolley
This is particularly useful if your laboratory is short of bench space. It allows the unit to be moved easily between laboratories.
 
Catalyst
If anoxic conditions are required, a sachet of catalyst must be introduced into the chamber, together with changing the gas supply to a single cylinder of anaerobic gas mixture.
 
Internal Storage Trays
Up to two trays can be fitted under the shelf. These are ideal for pens, pencils, a notebook, or other small items.

Automatic Sleeve Gassing System
This facility ensures the sleeves are correctly evacuated and refilled before the user’s hands are introduced into the chamber. This is particularly useful if operators are not confident in using manual vacuum and gassing controls.
