We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant/Office Junior to work in the general office (sales, marketing, service).

Essential attributes include excellent PC skills, especially Microsoft software; a pleasant telephone manner; accuracy; good written and numeracy skills; the ability to show initiative and discretion.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a variety of support functions including:

• secretarial support and assistance to office-based staff and regionally-based sales representatives
• act as first point of contact for routine sales calls
• assist in processing UK orders
• providing cover for the receptionist and service administrator when required
• assisting with marketing campaigns
• assisting with product catalogue, price list and quotation updates

We have an immediate vacancy for a warehouse operative to work in our busy manufacturing company.

The duties are varied but will include elements of the following:

• Purchasing
• Goods inward
• Production planning
• Sales order processing
• Distribution and logistics (this will include UK and international consignments)

Key Requirements:

• A practical approach to work
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office
• UK driving licence (ideally to Class 3)

Desirable Skills:

• Use of SAGE Line 500 or other stock system
• Forklift truck licence (training will be provided if necessary)
